#StopViolence – Zero Tolerance Towards Violence
With the #StopViolence campaign, CFL take a clear stand against violence and reaffirm their commitment to protecting their staff. CFL apply a zero‑tolerance policy towards any form of verbal or physical aggression.
The tragic events that recently occurred in Germany, where a public transport employee lost their life while on duty, are a stark reminder that violence against public transport staff remains a serious issue.
Through powerful portraits and concise messages, the campaign highlights the contrast between the daily commitment of CFL employees to serving passengers and the unacceptable behaviour they may sometimes face.
Violence has no place in public transport. In addition to concrete protective measures – such as the presence of security agents from an external company on trains and in stations – CFL also place strong emphasis on raising public awareness.
Any form of violence against CFL staff will systematically lead to the filing of a complaint.
