Would you like to help improve the quality of our services and actively contribute to shaping their future?

We invite you to join our community of survey participants by registering via our online form.

By taking part in our studies, you will have the opportunity to discover our future projects of tomorrow before anyone else and actively contribute to their design and development, from our information tools and station architecture to our future trains and digital services. 

Whenever we are looking for participants, you will receive an email invitation to take part in a study. Depending on the project, studies may take different forms, such as online surveys, one-on-one interviews, or small group discussions. They may take place online, in our offices near stations, or directly in stations or on board our trains. Sessions typically last between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

By joining this community, you will have the oportunity to share your experiences and expectations. Your feedback will directly contribute to the ongoing improvement of CFL services.
