Yes, the app is completely free to use. The only paid features are for purchasing tickets.

The app allows you to plan your journeys on public transport, from departure to arrival, including trains, buses (including school buses), funiculars, trams and walking.
These notifications are personalised according to your needs. Add the journey(s) you are interested in, either on a one-off or regular basis, and you will receive notifications in the event of:
•    Disruptions (delays, cancellations)
•    Track changes
•    Missed connections
 
Yes, the data is updated on an ongoing basis. Simply refresh the search page to see the correct data in real time.
You can add a journey search to your favourites and enable notifications for journeys that are of particular interest to you.
No, creating a MyCFL account is not mandatory. However, registration is strongly recommended in order to benefit from a smoother user experience, particularly when using multiple devices and to ensure a simplified ticket purchasing process and future features.
Personal data protection has been integrated into the app's design from the outset. We apply the principles of the GDPR, including data minimisation, transparency, explicit consent and information security. Users retain control over their data and can exercise their rights at any time.
Yes, a selection of tickets can be purchased directly through the app.
Yes, you will find your ticket and season ticket purchase in CFL go.
As with CFL mobile, it will be possible to see alternative options.
 
All personal data related to a purchase made on CFL Mobile will be kept for a period of 10 years before being deleted. 
For people who have not made a purchase, personal data will be kept for 2 years before being anonymised.
