Route description

This route is an alternative to CFL trail 15 Mersch – Mamer.

The total distance of the trail from Mersch to Dommeldange via Kopstal is 25.8 km.The signposted connection to CFL trail 15a is situated in the Weidendall, roughly 1 km beyond Kopstal. The path mainly leads through the Bambësch, a large forest on the outskirts of Luxembourg city.

After crossing the Eecherfeld plateau with its mainly untouched nature, the descent starts to Dommeldange station.
