Travel to Fond-de-Gras from Pétange station in a historic train every Sunday and public holiday until 30 September.
This year the Train 1900 and the mining train "Minièresbunn" also ride on Thursdays on following days:
- July: Thursday 19, Thursday 26
- August: Thursday 2, Thursday 9
Spend a colourful day at Fond-de-Gras and enjoy wonderful walks in exceptional surroundings. You will find numerous sign-posted paths through Giele Botter nature reserve, formerly an open-pit mine. You have the option to take a mining train to discover the former workers' village of Lasauvage and visit Tëtelbierg archaeological site.

Take CFL trains to reach Pétange train station; on Sundays and public holidays there is at least one train every hour. Search for the connections which suits you best here.
