Administrative and finance division


The administrative and finance division is responsible for the following activities:


  • accounting;
  • invoicing;
  • updating the property database;
  • renting management;
  • follow-up and application of contracts and agreements in course;
  • HR management;
  • etc.


On behalf of the CFL and the state of Luxembourg, the division takes care of invoicing and receipt of rents and dues, in accordance with the contracts and agreements linked to the railway property portfolio.
