Press release: Signing of the collective labour agreement for the CFL multimodal group

On 1 April 2014, the directors of the CFL multimodal group and the Luxembourgish trade union OGBL signed the collective labour agreement for the members of the group.

The companies of the CFL multimodal group falling under this agreement are:

  • CFL nultimodal S.A.
  • Terminaux Intermodaux Bettembourg (TIB) S.A., operator of the rail motorway platform and the terminal
  • CFL Lentz Mmultimodal (Lentz MM) S.A., road transport and express services operator, as well as customs agency
  • Eco Logistics Operator (ELO) S.A., combined transport operator, and
  • Centre Logistique Bettembourg (CLB) S.A., specialised in warehousing, commissioning and distribution

The new collective labour agreement is applicable for the period starting on 1 April 2014 until 31 March 2016.

Main improvements

In addition to the improvement of the motivation premium and the introduction of a security premium, the new collective labour agreement will from now on apply to all CFL Mmultimodal group employees, i.e. 355 people.
